I find on average prog 2-3 out of 10 I email bounce back

I still think this would be a good idea.
There a re alot of places to get materials and work completed for better
prices then some of these large business's offer, also it would be a great
place to throw questions about work you are thinking about doing yourself.
I am sure there are a lot of people here who would like to help, and even
see finished results if thier suggestions were put to good use.
